There are three licensing models available as follows:

Standard Edition The Standard Edition is ideal for the mid-market or enterprises with departmental requirements. It includes all the functionality of the ‘Enterprise’ Edition with a limit on the number of reports that can be stored and accessed. Each Standard Edition license may be deployed on one server. There are no restrictions on the number of server CPUs or the number of end users. A maximum of 10 reports can be stored and accessed with a Standard Edition server license. Standard Edition uses a folder in Reporting Services called ‘RSinteract Reports’. The report limit applies to all reports within this folder and any subfolders. RSinteract Standard Edition will only open, edit and save reports within this folder. Standard Edition Report Packs Standard Edition customers can extend the 10 report limit by purchasing additional report packs. Each report pack allows a further 5 reports to be stored and accessed. A maximum of 3 additional report packs per server may normally be purchased.

Server Edition The Server Edition is the cost effective solution for mid-market or enterprises with a limited number of anticipated users. It includes all the functionality of the ‘Enterprise’ Edition with Client Access Licenses (CALs) being purchased for each named user. Each Server Edition license may be deployed on one server. There are no restrictions on the number of server CPUs. Client Access Licenses Server Edition customers must purchase a CAL for each named RSinteract user.

Enterprise Edition The Enterprise Edition is ideal for enterprises with large numbers of users and reporting requirements. Including all of RSinteract’s functionality, Enterprise edition is licensed per server CPU.
		Pricing First CPU $9,000 (£4,500) Each subsequent CPU on the same server $6,000 (£3,000)
